Sous Chef
We are hiring a motivated and reliable Sous Chef to support our Head Chef at the surf camp.
As the chef’s right hand, you will assist with meal preparation and help ensure smooth kitchen operations.
You will also take responsibility for preparing meals when needed, contributing to high-quality, tasty food for up to 60 people. Your teamwork, flexibility, and passion for cooking will play an important role in creating a great camp experience.
Kitchen Helper
For this position we're looking for reliable and motivated Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team.
You will assist with food preparation, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and help ensure smooth daily operations. With a hands-on attitude, teamwork skills, and a positive mindset, you’ll play an important role in delivering great meals and a pleasant kitchen atmosphere. Basic cooking experience is required.
Breakfast Helper
As our Breakfast Helper, you will be an essential part of the surf camp kitchen, taking care of fresh and nourishing breakfasts for up to 60 people each morning.
You will be responsible for preparing the buffet that helps everyone start the day with energy and a good mood. Your organization, attention to quality and love for simple but delicious food will play an important role in shaping the daily camp experience.
Entertainment / Vibe Host
We are looking for an open-minded and energetic Entertainment Team Member to join our surf camp.
You will be responsible for creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere by organizing games, workshops, small activities and social moments for our guests. Your positive energy, creativity and ability to connect with people will help turn the camp into a place full of laughter, good vibes and unforgettable memories.
Camp Manager
We are hiring a responsible and motivated Camp Manager to lead daily operations at our surf camp.
You will oversee the overall organization of the camp, coordinate the team and ensure that guests feel welcome, safe and well taken care of. With strong communication skills, a structured mindset and a hands-on attitude, you will play a key role in creating a smooth workflow and an unforgettable camp experience.
Surf Instructor
We are looking for a passionate and certified Surf Instructor to join our surf team.
You will be responsible for leading surf lessons for different skill levels, ensuring safety in the water and helping guests build confidence and improve their surfing. With your positive attitude, professionalism and love for the ocean, you will play a key role in creating memorable and motivating surf experiences.
Instructor and lifeguard certificates must be valid and up to date.
Shuttle Driver / Camp Organiser
We are looking for a reliable and organized Shuttle Driver & Camp Organizer to join our surf camp team.
You will be responsible for guest transfers (arrivals and departures) and supporting the daily organization of the camp, including hands-on tasks such as general maintenance and day-to-day camp operations.
With a friendly attitude, good time management and a hands-on mindset, you’ll help ensure smooth logistics and a stress-free experience for our guests. A manual driving license is required.
Build Up Team
If you like to build, create and work with your hands, this one’s for you. We are looking for motivated and reliable team members to support the setup and construction of our surf camp. From building structures to preparing the camp area, your work will help turn an empty space into a vibrant place full of life, surf and community. All while still having time to surf and enjoy the quiet camp before the season begins.
Build Down Team
Join us at the end of the season to help take down and wrap up our surf camp. Enjoy the calm after the storm and experience the camp in a quiet, empty setting, while still having time to surf.
From dismantling structures to packing and organizing equipment, we’re looking for motivated and reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work and leaving a place better than they found it.
Yoga Teacher
We are looking for a certified and passionate Yoga Teacher to join our surf camp team.
You will be responsible for leading yoga sessions for different levels, helping guests recover, relax and reconnect after active surf days. With your positive energy, mindfulness and passion for movement, you will add balance, flow and depth to the overall camp experience.
Content Creator
As our Content Creator, you’ll join the surf camp team to capture daily camp life through photo and video, creating engaging content for social media and marketing channels.
With a strong sense for storytelling, creativity and an understanding of digital trends, you’ll help share the energy, lifestyle and spirit of our surf camp with the world.
Video Editor / Clipper
We’re looking for a creative and reliable Video Editor to turn raw footage from our surf camp into engaging, high-performing short-form content for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Your work will play a key role in building our brand, growing our reach, and attracting new guests.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, pacing, and storytelling — and knows how to keep viewers hooked in the first 3 seconds.
