Job Description

We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Camp Breakdown Team members to help dismantle, pack, and store our surf camp at the end of the season. This role is all about teamwork, efficiency, and physical work — making sure everything is taken down properly and stored safely for the next season.

Perfect for someone who enjoys practical work, working outdoors, and being part of a focused team for a short but intensive period.

What you'll Do:

  • Dismantle camp structures such as tents, decks, and common areas

  • Pack, label, and store equipment, furniture, and materials

  • Support loading, unloading, and transport of camp equipment

  • Assist with cleaning, organizing, and securing the camp area

  • Work closely with the team to complete breakdown efficiently and safely

  • Bring a positive attitude and strong team spirit to daily work

Your skills

  • Hands-on mindset and physical readiness for manual work

  • Ability to work efficiently in a team

  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail

  • Willingness to follow instructions and safety guidelines

  • Previous construction or setup experience is a plus, but not required

  • English required

What you can expect:

This role comes with a range of perks to make your time with us comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable.

Accommodation:
You’ll live right in the heart of camp life in a Quechua tent within the staff area. Your setup includes a proper mattress with bed frame, pillow, blanket, bedding, and everything you need to feel at home.

Meals:
All daily meals are provided, including breakfast, lunch, and a freshly prepared dinner by our kitchen team. Dinner is served every day. On our city trip day, dinner is not provided, but you’re welcome to prepare something for yourself.

Surf Equipment:
You’ll have access to high-quality surfboards and wetsuits for personal use, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the waves at our beach — just a 5-minute walk from camp.

Yoga Sessions:
If space is available, you’re welcome to join our daily yoga classes free of charge by signing up when spots are open.

Workshops:
Team members are invited to join our surf theory sessions led by the instructors, as well as other creative workshops such as crafts, painting, and more.

Time Off:
You’ll receive one day off per week — perfect for exploring the beauty of the area or simply relaxing and recharging.
