Job Description
We’re looking for motivated and hands-on Camp Setup & Support Crew members to help build our surfcamp. This role is all about teamwork, physical work, flexibility and bringing the camp to life — from setting up structures to supporting daily operations across different areas.
It’s perfect for someone who enjoys physical work variety, and being part of a close-knit, international team.
What you'll Do:

Set up and maintain camp structures such as tents, decks, and common areas

Support logistics, storage, and general setup and breakdown tasks around the camp

Assist in building wooden structures and basic electricity connections

Help keep the camp clean, functional, and fully prepared for the season

Contribute daily with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
Your skills

Practical, hands-on mindset and willingness to get involved

Physical readiness for outdoor and manual work

Basic DIY or construction experience is a plus, but not required

Flexible, reliable, and open to learning new tasks

Team-oriented attitude — we build and run the camp together
What you can expect:
This role comes with a range of perks to make your time with us comfortable, enjoyable, and truly memorable.
Accommodation:
You’ll live right in the heart of camp life in a Quechua tent within the staff area. Your setup includes a proper mattress with bed frame, pillow, blanket, bedding, and everything you need to feel at home.
Meals:
All daily meals are provided, including breakfast, lunch, and a freshly prepared dinner by our kitchen team. Dinner is served every day.
Surf Equipment:
You’ll have access to high-quality surfboards and wetsuits for personal use, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the waves at our beach — just a 5-minute walk from camp.
Yoga Sessions:
If space is available, you’re welcome to join our daily yoga classes free of charge by signing up when spots are open. If there is already a Yoga teacher in the team:)
Time Off:
You’ll receive one day off per week — perfect for exploring the beauty of the area or simply relaxing and recharging.
Work Hours:
You’ll work around 6 hours per day.
