Job Description
We are looking for a grounded and inspiring Yoga Instructor to join our surf camp team for the season. You’ll guide guests through yoga sessions that support surfing, recovery, mobility and overall well-being — helping create balance between active surf days and mindful moments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching mixed-level groups, values community and feels comfortable in a relaxed, nature-based camp setting.
What you'll Do:

Lead yoga sessions for mixed-level groups (mobility, recovery, flow, stretching)

Adapt classes to support surfers and physically active guests

Create a calm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere during sessions

Ensure safe guidance and correct alignment where needed

Help guests connect movement, breath, and relaxation

Support the overall camp vibe through presence and positive energy

Coordinate session times with the camp team
Your skills

Certified yoga instructor (minimum 200h training)

Experience teaching group classes is a plus.

Confident guiding mixed levels and adapting sequences

Interest in surf, movement, or active lifestyles is a plus

Accommodation:
You’ll live right in the heart of camp life in a Quechua tent within the staff area. Your setup includes a proper mattress with bed frame, pillow, blanket, bedding, and everything you need to feel at home.
Meals:
All daily meals are provided, including breakfast, lunch, and a freshly prepared dinner by our kitchen team. Dinner is served every day. On our city trip day, dinner is not provided, but you’re welcome to prepare something for yourself.
Surf Equipment:
You’ll have access to high-quality surfboards and wetsuits for personal use, giving you the opportunity to enjoy the waves at our beach — just a 5-minute walk from camp.
Yoga Sessions:
If space is available, you’re welcome to join our daily yoga classes free of charge by signing up when spots are open.
Workshops:
Team members are invited to join our surf theory sessions led by the instructors, as well as other creative workshops such as crafts, painting, and more.
Time Off:
You’ll receive one day off per week — perfect for exploring the beauty of the area or simply relaxing and recharging.
Work Hours:
You’ll work around 5 hours per day. On Saturdays, we have our changeover day — a dynamic team day where everyone helps with different tasks around the camp. It’s all about teamwork, good energy, and getting the camp ready for a new group of guests.
