Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and dependable Video Editor who can transform raw surf camp footage into engaging, high-performing short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok. Your edits will be a key part of how we tell our story, expand our reach, and inspire future guests to join the camp.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong feel for social media trends, timing, visual storytelling and understands our values.

What you'll Do:

Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels and TikTok
Cut dynamic, engaging content from raw footage (surf, lifestyle, people, camp vibe)
Add subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and music
Adapt videos to current platform trends and formats
Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with our brand
Optimize videos for performance (hook, pacing, length)
Collaborate with our team on content ideas and improvements

Your skills

Proven experience editing short-form content for Instagram & TikTok
Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and visual aesthetics
Confident working with tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
Understands our visual branding
Understanding of trends, hooks, and viral mechanics
Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines
Interest in surf, travel, or lifestyle content is a big plus
