Payment
To confirm your booking at Yume Surfcamps, the full payment or a deposit for the required services must be made. Bank details will be provided in the confirmation email after completing the booking form on our website. The booking is considered valid once the payment is received and you receive the confirmation email with your booking details.
For payments, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Conditions
All personal details are required on the registration form.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors need to provide parental consent, signed and returned to us at least one week before arrival.
Yume Surfcamps reserves the right to modify services, but only if these changes do not affect the essential services or are due to unforeseen circumstances.
Booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges, depending on new dates or inclusions.
Images of your stay at Yume Surfcamps may be used for promotional purposes on our website, brochures, and social media.
Participants must be physically fit and able to swim. We require you to inform us of any relevant medical conditions, including allergies or disabilities.
Transfer service is available upon request. It should be requested when completing the booking form or as soon as possible. The price for transfers is payable with your booking.
Each guest is responsible for the equipment provided by Yume Surfcamps. Damaged or lost items must be replaced at the customer’s expense.
Excursions and trips are not included in the camp price and depend on availability and a minimum number of participants. These activities may be canceled if these conditions are not met.
We are committed to respecting and preserving our surroundings and nature in everything we do.
Cancellations
Cancellations will be effective once received by us.
– If canceled two months before the start date, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
– For cancellations made between one and two months before the start date, we will retain 25% of the total amount and refund the rest.
– If canceled within two weeks of the start date, we will keep 50% of the total amount and refund any remaining balance, if applicable.
Health and Insurance
The customer must confirm that they are medically fit to participate in our lessons. Any health issues that may cause complications during the stay must be communicated to us prior to arrival.
For medical support during your stay at Yume Surfcamps, each client should have:

Travel insurance
Yume Surfcamps will not be responsible for or cover the costs of injuries resulting from uncontrollable or unforeseen situations.
Transfers
As we collaborate with other companies, transfer payments can only be made in cash upon arrival and departure.
Transfers can be included in your package, and additional transfer bookings must be made at least 7 days before arrival. To keep costs low, we offer group pick-ups. Pickup and drop-off times may vary but will not result in missed flights, buses, or trains. Yume Surfcamps is not responsible for delays or cancellations affecting transfers or flights. The transfer fee is payable at the time of booking and applies to one-way travel only.
Our transfer services are non-refundable for cancellations made less than two weeks before arrival. Modifications to pick-up and drop-off times can only be made up to one week before arrival. Any changes requested after this time cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Responsibilities
Yume Surfcamps is not responsible for any issues caused by the clients or third parties affecting our services.
We are not liable for any disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any damage to personal belongings or loss.
By paying the services at Yumesurfcamps you automatically accept the previous Terms and Conditions.
